Evergreen Jasmine – Espalier. From our suppliers in Tuscany. Delivered to your door, never roadside.

Trachelospermum jasminoides, commonly known as Evergreen Jasmine or Star Jasmine, is a truly versatile and resilient climber that brings year-round beauty to UK gardens. Loved for its glossy, evergreen foliage and intoxicatingly fragrant white flowers, this stunning plant is both a decorative and practical choice for walls, fences, and pergolas.

Beyond its heavenly summer scent, Evergreen Jasmine offers an unexpected winter bonus—as temperatures drop, its rich green leaves turn a striking shade of deep red, injecting much-needed colour into the garden during the colder months.

The practice of training plants dates back to the Romans and Egyptians, but it was the Europeans—specifically the French—who influenced and perfected the techniques we see today. Certainly the term ‘Espalier’ is borrowed from the French meaning ‘something to rest the shoulder against’.

Espalier evergreen jasmine – perfect for creating year long interest and scented privacy.
